go to
start=> run=> type regedit
select...HKEY_CURRENT_USER now select control panel folder now ucan see desktop folder
jst select it then at right hand side u see registry settings
now select=> menu show delay right click n select modify here u can see edit string
change the default value data to 000 from 400 now click OK
restart ur pc nd its fast.
